Joanie married her best friend nine years ago and is now the mother of three wonderful children with another on the way! She loves wholesome food, alternative health ideas, cloth diapering, frugal green living, breastfeeding and baby led feeding. Joanie is an integral member of The Soft Landing Team and is passionate about empowering moms to take back the pregnancy and birthing experience. She delivered her first baby in a hospital with pain medications, but chose natural birth in a local birthing center after that and has decided there is no going back!
Joanie is co-founder of Itsabelly KC, the first baby planning service of its kind in Kansas City. She has attained her Home Hazard Test, Child Passenger Seat Technician and the Happiest Baby on the Block Certifications.
