Industrial Pollution Begins in the Womb: Ken Cook of EWG

Enviroblog shared a stunning video today in their article Please Don’t Disrupt My Endocrines.  It’s an eye-opening look at the umbilical cord blood study, Body Burden, completed by the Environmental Working Group.  The Kid-Safe Chemical Act is a direct result of the study – and you’ll understand why the Act is necessary after you watch the video.

Even though I knew from the title that this had to do with babies I was still shocked that the ten americans were fetuses. I’m currently pregnant and although I used the most natural alternatives I can find for everything I didn’t always and it makes me wonder how many toxins I’ve given my defenseless little baby.

I watched your video and applaud all involved and give you my profound thanks for bringing awareness to the world … I would like to purchase a video to show in my cafe. I have an organic raw food cafe and enjoy servicing people the best I can. I would also like to bring awareness to people by giving free info so we can all help make that change. Many thanks I look forward to your reply.
